This is for BOTH upstairs sides of the duplex the whole upstairs of the house can be rented through here so that you can Enjoy the keys life in style living in this beautifully furnished 4 Bedroom (2 on each side), 2 Bath (1 on each side) , 2 kitchens (1 on each side), canal front retreat w/room for boats at the private 70' large concrete dock with attached fish cleaning station which is an obvious necessity in the Keys & easy access to the bayside or oceanside. The boats are available to rent

Upstairs Each side of this luxury duplex you will have peekaboo views of the ocean and comfortably accommodates with two queen beds and one queen convertible sofa on each side of the duplex. The kitchen includes a large complete set of cookware, dinnerware and all utensils as well as all appliances designed with the gourmet in mind. All amenities, including a washer and dryer are included. Located on a Deep-Water canal, with and outside shower. This is an ideal location for all water-sports, fishing, diving, snorkeling and boating with either a 500' walk to the Atlantic Ocean Beach or use the key to the private gated White Marlin beach with Gulf bay-side sunset views to live for. A beautiful bike path runs throughout the island. Grocery Store, Marina with boat rentals, seafood market, restaurant and lounge are all located within one mile. The waterfront views will make every day feel like a vacation. Summary: We had an absolutely marvelous time here in Islamorada. We rented to two upstairs units. They were beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. The location was ideal, between the Atlantic and the Gulf. My grandson had a great time fishing in the canal at the back, and the girls loved the beautiful swimming pool. It was great to have access to the private beach a n easy walk away. We found this to be the best beach in the Keys. I loved that there was plenty of shade as well as beautiful crystal clear water. We enjoyed relaxing time in the adorondact chairs on the patio and we even saw manitee swim by in the canal. Walter was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.
