Our cozy, charming, newly renovated Mother-in-Law is tucked away in the hills and has lovely views, while still only 15 minutes from DTLA and Pasadena. Comfortably fits up to 3 guests. Enjoy un-restricted street parking, a kitchenette, and a 3/4 bath. :^)
Our adorable guest unit has two private rooms: one currently set up as a bedroom, and the other as a living-room with a twin sleeper sofa. Both are sunny, with pretty views.
The small, but efficient, kitchenette is equipped with a cute little sink. To handle your cooking needs, there is an induction plate, a Breville Smart Oven / Air Fryer Pro (with multiple functions to prepare meals), an Instant Pot, and a microwave. For coffee and tea we offer a Kuerig coffee-maker and an electric kettle, and the hutch is stocked with service for four.
The apartment has a three-quarter bath with standing shower, a wardrobe and a dresser, a smart TV, wireless internet, and the privacy of staying in your own home.
*NOTE: Because the unit is tucked away in the hills, the only way to access it are the 14 stairs going up from street-level.
We are situated 2.2 miles (an 8 minute drive) from the quaint little city of South Pasadena's downtown area, where there is Gold-Line train access, and there are numerous shops and restaurants. There is even a
Farmer's Market on Thursday afternoons, where you can stock up on lots of wonderful organic produce and meats. Other close areas include an approximate 15 minute drive to Downtown LA, the Rose Bowl, Dodger Stadium, and USC Medical Campus. Highland Park, Silverlake, and Eagle Rock are all 15-20 minutes away, as well.
