Breathtaking views of Molokai and Lanai from all living areas of this sensational unit in the Sands of Kahana. Newly remodeled and all new, upgraded furnishings and luxurious amenities. This rare central air conditioned 3 bedroom 2 bath unit (a true 3 bedroom as we had a full wall with a door installed, most are open to LR) 2 private lanais is one of the most spacious waterfront end-units in Maui. From the moment you enter your vacation condo, you will be impressed with 180^ sensational ocean views. You would have to be a cruise ship to get any closer to the ocean.
The large open island kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef. Brand new marble counters, Stainless steel sink and appliances, including dishwasher, range, microwave, and fridge equipped with filtered water and ice dispenser from the door. Should you grow weary of all the fabulous restaurants the west side of Maui provides, enjoy a home cooked meal or barbecue at sunset. BBQS are cleaned every morning!
Generous living and dining room area boast glorious views and plenty a room for gatherings. Every piece of furniture is brand new and accented with artwork and tasteful Decor’.
The front master bedroom is sumptuous with upgraded KING mattress, hotel linens and nice flat screen Smart TV. The suite affords amazing views from the bedroom, access to front lanai and views even from your soaking tub! Enjoy double vanity and huge walk in closet room that leads to the washer and dryer!
The second master bedroom, has A KING bed and has its own private lanai with glorious views of the resort & the ocean from the bedroom and the shower! You can also request the use of the sofa sleeper.
Back 3rd Bedroom (entrance by the front door) 1 King Bed. This bedroom’s view is only of the resort buildings and does not have an Oceanview.
BOTH BATHROOMS have been completely remodeled with granite counters and tiled showers. The master also has a tub.
There is also a full sized washer and dryer, perfect for washing your beach wear.
