It is only a 5 min walk to Aspen Landing where you will find all the amenities you will need. You will also be a quick 10 min drive to Downtown. The condo has 1510 sq.ft of pristine designed living space with a formal entry, side by side laundry with built in cabinets, beautiful open concept kitchen/dining/living, and an incredible massive wrap around patio with a panoramic view!
