Enjoy stunning water views and epic sunrises over Lake Union and Gas Works Park! We are in the heart of Seattle close to the Seattle Center/Space Needle, blocks away from Lake Union and minutes to Freemont/Queen Ann. Experience urban living in our contemporary townhome that features a chic modern design with locally inspired decor. Chill inside or take in the fresh PNW air on the rooftop deck, balcony and patio. High speed internet, air conditioning, laundry, and garage parking space.
The main floor features a chef's kitchen, dining and living area. There are hardwood floors throughout the townhome and stainless-steel appliances including and a gas stove. The sliding glass door on this floor opens to the deck and gated community courtyard.
Head up a floor and there is a bedroom with a queen bed, tv, private balcony with a view of Lake Union and the Cascade mountain range. This bedroom also has blackout roller shades. This floor also has a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Go up another flight of stairs and you'll be treated to the primary suite that takes up the entire floor! There is an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, shower, large closet, butterfly chair and a tv. The oversized windows let in a lot of natural sunlight. Take in the amazing view of Lake Union and Gas Works Park! When you're ready to call it a day, pull down the black out shade blinds for some R&R. This floor has a door with exterior access to the stairs that lead to the private rooftop deck. Grill and up some food on our Weber gas grill and hang by the firepit while enjoying the breathtaking views of the water and Cascade mountain range! The views are from up here are expansive and breathtaking. There is so much to see! It's a great way to orient yourself to the city.
If you head down a flight of stairs from the main floor there is another living space. This large open area has a 65” tv and twin size convertible sleeper couch. There is also desk in case you need to check in with work and login remotely. This floor also has a laundry room as well as a door that leads directly to the community garage.

Air conditioning is provided via mini splits in the following areas. One mini split is located on the main floor (kitchen, living and dining area) and the second mini split is on the top floor in the room with the king bed. There is a portable fan for the bedroom on the second floor.
Your designated parking space in the covered community garage is for compact cars. There is free street parking by the front door to the townhome as well as around the neighborhood.
A security system in this gated townhome community is armed between 12AM and 6:30AM every day. You will need to use your front door if you need to come and go during these times. Entering through any other entry point on the property including driving in/out of the garage will trigger the alarm. Please plan accordingly. The alarm routes to emergency response and you will be held responsible for any fees associated with triggering the alarm.
Our townhome has several floors of living space. As such, we may not be a good fit for your needs if you have physical/mobility limitations or have young children.
Please note we only supply a starter amount of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc. Please plan to purchase more if you run out. We also do not supply any perishables in the fridge such as ketchup and mustard. Please plan to bring or purchase your own.
Quiet hours are from 10PM - 9AM. Please be respectful as some of our interior walls are shared walls to other townhomes. This is NOT a party house. If you are looking for a place to do so, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere. Only guests on the reservation are allowed at the property. Any excessive noise and activities will be reported by our neighbors. Smoking tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping or any other substance in any indoor part of the premises is strictly prohibited.
