The House!
Bright California style home with a 3-tier deck that spills out to the forest. Kearney Lake - great for paddle boarding, kayaking or just splashing around is within walking distance! Walking trails are integrated within the neighbourhood.
Grocery stores, medical clinics, popular restaurants and unique local spots (and pubs) are all a stones throw away. Easily enjoy downtown Halifax by car or Uber and retire to your personal retreat (just 15 minutes from the historic waterfront).
The gym is equipped with a TV, Stereo (with Aux jack), VCR, and DVD player. It also has a Wii games system and games if you need some extra space (and holiday) from the kiddos (haha). Let them have fun getting out some energy on the punching bag!
The family room is equipped with a Smart TV with sound system, DVD player and Xbox - assorted games, boardgames and DVDs will be available. The main floor living room is also equipped with a Smart TV and a relaxing natural gas fireplace that can be turned on with the flick of a switch. The kitchen is equipped with a Butlers pantry for all your preparation needs - wine fridge included!
The deck is equipped with a (propane) fire table perfect for making S'mores or cuddling with a glass of wine. It is also equipped with a BBQ. Two full tanks of propane will be provided for your stay!
The pool is heated and will remain heated for guests through October, weather permitting. The private hot tub is a step outside the ground level. Stargazing is a must during your stay with fantastic views of the night sky. The big and litter dipper are easy to spot...I'll let you find the rest!
