The ground floor: On the ground floor is a large, open, tiled and carpeted living, dining and kitchen area with a view of the Steinhuder Meer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as a coffee machine, blender, electric bread machine and cooking, baking and eating utensils. The dining area has sufficient seating and merges into the living area. There you will find a fireplace and a high-quality leather seating set with a coffee table.
