Tasteful country house style villa on a well-maintained, fenced plot of 3,000 m². The nearest beach can be reached in a few minutes by car. Enjoy the particularly charming beach coves with fine, white sand and crystal clear water. The "Cala Violina" is one of the most beautiful coves in the whole area. The beaches offer beautiful views of the island of Elba and beautiful sunsets. Visit the lively resort of Castiglione della Pescaia, characterized by its medieval castle at the highest point of the town. Narrow streets with shops and restaurants invite you to stroll in the evening. We recommend a trip to the villa town of Punta Ala, known for its marina and golf course overlooking the bay of Follonica. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
