Positive: Excellent accommodation with everything you need including aircon, comfy bed, balcony, towels, toiletries. We arrived early and the host kindly let us check-in, and showed us around. Toilet and shower area are large and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, and you get your own shelf in the fridge. Apartment has good washer and dryer, and a patio area. There is also a dining room. There's a lift to get up to the first floor if you need it. Museum of fine arts, Royal Park, Turia Park, and Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are all nearby. Old town over the former river and a bit of a walk. Bus station nearby, train station less so.
Negative: Shower really needs a curtain or screen, and the flick mixer should be changed to something smaller that you won't bump into and change water temp or turn it off. Other than that, this place is pretty much perfect.
