Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Nice cosy caravan, good central heating, nice shower. Good open plan area kitchen and lounge.
Negative: The check in process needs to be reviewed. 3 times I paid the £150 damage fee, obviously a problem with the process or website, as we was waiting for the codes to access the caravan, nothing was sent to us, it took at least 90 minutes to get any reply from penny, it was pouring down with rain and sitting in our car. We did ring several phone numbers and spoke to 2 people who were going to ring us back but no one rung back. Overall the whole thing was disappointing. Not sure if I would book through 1066 holidays again. Yours Phil Anderson
