Summary: While the house is not brand new, it is clean and in generally good condition. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walks and there is ready access to the somewhat private beach. The heated pool is a nice feature with shade and sun areas available. The shower could use safety bars that were missing. Hopefully in the works as they had existed previously per the pictures in VRBO. We drove to most restaurants including the pier area which is fairly bustling and there are plenty within 1 mile or so of the house. Kitchen is really nice if eating in more. All in all, we had a great week. Passes my main test by feeling sad to leave at the end of our stay!
