Positive: We liked that it was quiet.
Negative: The biggest disadvantage, The roads to approach the Accommodation are destroyed. Literally when it rains the car pass and you need to get by foot a 10 min walk in muddy water which god knows from where it came. With scooter, you need to be at least experienced to not fall in any of the huge holes in the road. The accommodation although very good price, has many spots to improve. 1st at our arrival we didn’t felt that it was cleaned, mostly like someone wanted to get on with it fast and leave. The kitchen is by itself another room than the main bathroom and bedroom. And it has no door at all. The villa is in rural area with a lot rice fields as you can imagine this means that at night the kitchen become a jungle with all the insects and all the lizards crawling everywhere. That made us very uncomfortable, even for a person that grew up in rural. Being in an open kitchen was kinda weird. The staff tried to help as much as they could and we thank them for that but the villa has so many disadvantages that as people that work there as much as they want to help it’s impossible to do anything. First of all the villa we lived needs a repaint in the walls, the painting in the walls in. Many places had blown spots from the humidity and it’s in very visible walls. Finally, we would like to add that in case you are coming for Ubud and you are in raining season this accommodation is a really-really bad choice. And if you are afraid of insects, once again, don’t.
Summary: The accommodation needs a lot of improvements, as well as the roads nearby which can be inaccessible in heavy rain.
