Positive: Easy to access, staff welcoming, polite and professional. Particularly Chef Rahul, had an excellent meal at the Horizon Restaurant cooked by him and was served professionally by Akilen (sorry if I have spelt name wrong). Also would like to say thank you to Faizal for his hospitality. Good food, clean and spacious rooms.
Negative: Had a mix up with the staff that deal with the Spa. Kept getting told it will be open at a specific time but then was closed each time.
Summary: Excellent stay, will highly recommend
