Overlooking the prestigious Twin Waters Golf Course, this home is dedicated to the ultimate in holiday relaxation, fun and entertaining.
Retreat from the rest of the world and unwind amongst a private backdrop of serene canals, stunning flora & fauna and open green spaces.
‘Verde House’ is located on 'Fairways Island' within the Twin Waters Golf Course Estate.
This holiday home has been designed with fun in mind; complete with surfboards, tennis rackets, a great selection of bikes, billiard table, dart board, golf clubs and pool toys all available for guests complimentary use.
After a day lounging by the pool or adventures exploring the Sunshine Coast, spend the evening chatting around the fire pit and enjoying a meal on the beautiful outdoor dining area. For the movie lovers there is a dedicated media room with fabulous 70 inch TV.
So much is on offer in this amazing location, just a few minutes drive to Mudjimba Beach surf beach. 5 minutes to the Sunshine Coast Airport and a short drive to Maroochydore city centre.
Local dining hotspots include; 'The Loose Goose' restaurant, 'High Tide Cafe' and 'Kakuya Teppanyanki'. For your shopping convenience there is a local Coles a short drive away as well as Foodworks within walking distance.
We highly recommend grabbing one of the provided bikes and hitting the local bike tracks which wind along the coast, or a surf board and checking out the waves at local Mudjimba Beach.
For the sport lovers why not book a round of 9 or 18 holes at one of Australia's premiere courses on your doorstep. There are also fantastic tennis facilities which can be booked for private use.
Whilst listed for 10 people, this home can comfortably accomodate up to 12 guests - there is a fold out futon sofa in the study for the extra guests.

Summary: I spent 3 nights at the property with my husband, 4 kids (6-13years), mum and grandma. Communication was excellent with the property manager, who always responded quickly. Upon first entering the house we noticed how clean it was. The beds were excellent, the kitchen was well stocked, and having an ensuite off every room was great. The pool and outdoor area were wonderful, having the small fountain area fenced separate to the main pool allowed my 2 youngest to play in a safe environment. The view overlooking the golf course was really pleasant, we saw heaps of different birds. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this holiday home. Thank you 😁
