The villa, which dates back to the belle époque, is very bright and spacious, with all rooms facing the sea and the Îles d'Or. It is ideally located in the heart of the village of Le Rayol, providing immediate access to the beaches and shops on foot.
The property has been meticulously renovated using both period and contemporary materials, and the elegant, modern interior offers comfort and plenty of natural light in every room, with generous outdoor terraces for peaceful contemplation of the magnificent sea views.
A pétanque court with a sea view is located on a terraced area at the rear of the villa.

Villa AMICITIA features 225 m² of living space with a large period living room, sea view and south-facing terrace.
3 large, bright bedrooms with king-size beds, bathroom with shower and bath, toilet, a dormitory for 4 children, sleeping 0.90 X 200 with its own shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with outdoor terrace under a pergola.
There are two private garages for 3 cars and an outdoor parking space.

An external lift serves the 2 levels from the garage.
The 11 m x 4.50 m infinity mirror pool offers incredible sea views.
The pool water is treated by a BIO UV system, so you can swim in soft, odourless water with no chlorine. A bubble bench completes the pool's facilities, which are secured by a roller shutter.
Very comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers and benches are also available.
