A discreet pool offers calm respite, bordered by soft surfaces and natural shade. Under the pergola, a generous dining table sets the stage for al fresco meals, while a stone-built BBQ and ping pong table turn lazy afternoons into lively ones.
Inside, the house speaks in a quiet, confident voice. Restored on 150-year-old foundations, its open-plan layout flows from one zone to the next with intention. The kitchen and living area are joined under a hand-carved stone arch — part of the original structure — with clean lines, muted tones, and elemental simplicity anchoring the design.
Internal Living
On the ground floor, two en-suite bedrooms are accessed from a short corridor:
