With its 150 square meters spread over two levels, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests in bright and welcoming spaces, perfect for moments of relaxation and conviviality.
Outside, the villa boasts two spacious panoramic verandas. The first, located next to the private pool, offers a spectacular 180-degree view of the Mediterranean coast. Here, elegant loungers and an outdoor shower provide the ultimate comfort for enjoying the Sicilian sun. The second shaded veranda, furnished with a refined dining table, a cozy lounge area, and a gas BBQ, is the perfect spot for al fresco dinners and relaxing moments, always accompanied by stunning sea views.
The garden, meticulously maintained, is enriched with olive trees and native plants, enveloping the property in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A practical laundry area with a large sink adds extra convenience.
