Positive: View, pool, pool chairs, gated community, peace and quiet, nice maintenance people especially the pool cleaner , wildlife such as iguanas and a few fish.
Negative: Internet connection poor and constant buffering. Sink in separate room from toilet to wash hands. The lack of shower having a door or drape for privacy. Glass sliding door were hard to open from exterior side as there's NO handle/slot to grasp it .
