Furnished Room with Queen size bed available for rent available in a 2 bedroom apartment with access available to living room, kitchen and bathroom. This is a homestay and is 2 flights up.3rd person can sleep on couch in Living room. An air mattress is also available for additional fee. No long term commitment needed, no extra air conditioner fees (A/C provided), and in true Park Slope near Prospect Park.
The room comes with nice amount of closet space near the lovely prospect park. Love living next to the park and all the nearby bars, cafes and restaurants.
Please inform us on damage protection package whether you wish to opt in for insurance policy (less upfront money) or a refundable damage protection deposit (save $) you get back after a week when you check out.

Summary: This bedroom is not appropriate for a couple: room is very small, bed was too soft, very few outlets to recharge electronics and no way to control the heating (room very hot). Bathroom was poorly ventilated and a guest had to walk past living room to access. I did not realize until days before arrival this was on third floor with no elevator. Street parking was safe and proximity to Prospect Park wonderful. Many coffee shops and restaurants close by. This room might be ideal for a single needing to save a few dollars compared to other VRBO listing I reviewed.
