Villa Sterlizie is located in the Sicilian countryside, within a park for exclusive use, full of ancient olive trees and large palm trees. The Villa, renovated in 2016, is a few minutes from the beaches and is a short distance from the main tourist attraction centers, such as Scopello, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo. Palermo and Trapani are also within easy reach, both of which are about 40 minutes away by car.
It can accommodate up to 8 people (the prices shown refer to a stay of 6 people), equipped with a large private swimming pool of 50 square meters (closed from 20 October until 30 April) with external solar shower and for exclusive use, of a large solarium and a Pool House. The Villa looks like a romantic Provencal style rustic stone.
THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND SERVED BY WIFI.
Linen is provided to guests and is included in the rental price.
Inside the Villa has 3 bedrooms, distributed as follows:
- Bedroom 1: 1 classic double bed, 1 large French door, which overlooks the back of the garden, 1 attached bathroom with toilet, shower and window;
- Bedroom n ° 2: 1 extra large classic double bed, a large window overlooking the main part of the large garden;
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, a large window overlooking the rear of the garden;
The bathrooms are 2, both with a large window and each has a large and comfortable shower.
