4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped pool house of 50m2 with a huge terrace directly on the pool, a large living room of 70m2
The neighborhood is one of the most sought after just 5 minutes from the historic center. In the middle of a beautiful vegetation, a preserved area with only a few houses on the path that is 2 kms.
Possibility of a jogging in this area with a course that you explain the owners before your arrival
Comfort, calm and privacy are preserved in this beautiful villa.
The 4 bedrooms are independent and all have a private bathroom.
The house has a refreshing floor which allows to preserve the freshness during the hottest season and 2 individual air-conditioning for the room 1 and the pool house.
This villa is ideal for a large family or 2 couples with children.
The gardens are beautiful, and there is a large swimming pool (10x5m) surrounded by terraces with sun loungers, parasols and a tennis court.
Tennis was totally renovated in June 2015. A particular teacher can intervene on request.

The terraces / pool house: the owners enjoy the pool house for lunch & sa plancha with an indoor table for 12 people or outdoor for 10 people, the large patio for evening meals or large terrace south. Each one his space, each his calm
