Well equipped spacious 1 bedroom villa condo with a beautiful private patio. Surrounded by the well maintained tropical garden. Enjoy bird watching during breakfast on the patio and hear the local howler monkeys in the background. Bedroom has a king size bed with en suite double sink bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Kitchen has everything you need including a full-size oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker and kitchen utensils. Adjoining living room includes two full size pull-out sofa beds. Free Cable and Wifi (100 mbps) suitable for working remotely such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, Webex etc. Brand-new private full-size washer and dryer. Gated community and security guard on duty.
