Positive: They had friendly staff, even helping me out with a power adaptor. The price was affordable at 10 euros. The place is homey and their volunteers are helpful. There are lot of couches to sit down and socialize. They provide lockers too.
Negative: The place could be cleaned a bit more. There were limited tables or desks for sitting down to write my journal.
