Summary: This was a beautiful property! It took a while to receive correspondence from them about check in which was concerning but once they contacted me two days prior to my trip, everything was great! Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I will definitely book here again! The pros: -The view (especially of the fireworks on Friday) -Cleanliness (except the shower which had some boogers and hair on the plastic curtain) -Simple, open and airy unit -Provided a vacuum which was great for sand -Very accommodating host The cons: -Lack of basic necessities (not many bath or beach towels provided, no paper towels, only one blanket, no pillows or blanket for pull out couch) -The toilet seat was broken and would fall off if you got up too fast
