Summary: This condo had everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. It comes with a garage filled with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear. It is conveniently located across the street from the Queen's Market Place. You'll have choices for shops, restaurants, and even a movie theatre. The condo is steps from the pool. It's about a 20-minute drive north from the Kailua-Kona airport. The complex has a gym and the surroundings are well maintained. The one thing this condo desperately needs is new carpets throughout. They are well worn out and stained. I informed the property manager, and she concurred the carpets needed to be changed. Hopefully the owner(s) will agree and replace the carpets ASAP. It's the only drawback to this rental property.
