The kitchen opens up to an elevated deck with propane grill and outdoor seating overlooking a large fenced in back yard with a storage shed and fire pit. Central A/C, WiFi, and an outdoor shower! To get to Scarborough beach, you can either walk down Burnside Avenue (on the sidewalk) to the beach, or you can walk in the neighborhood, down Glendale Rd. to Greene Lane to a cut-through next to 24 Greene Lane and over to Angell Road and directly to Scarborough Beach. (about 1/2 mile).
