The cottage is furnished with restored antiques & new quiet heater and has a private patio & shared hot tub.
Easy access to the beach so bring your kayaks or rent ours.
The space
- Entire property is in secluded wooded area accessed via 1/3 mile private gravel road.
- This cozy cottage has everything you need in approximately 425 square feet of space.
- Additionally, there is a loft - which is accessed by a fixed ladder and is not technically a legal sleeping area. The loft has 2 sleeping pads and a small table & lamp. It is quite small & would not be suitable for an adult.
- Kitchen with fridge/ freezer, microwave, stove with oven and a farmhouse sink.
- Bedroom area has a queen-size bed w/ brand new memory foam mattress, nightstands, 2 comfy chairs, small table plus a dresser and armoire.
- Bathroom with claw foot tub and shower, sink and vanity mirror.
- Double doors open to a private patio with deck furniture.
- Bluetooth speaker & Wifi but no TV. Bring your tablet or laptop to stream your movies.
- This guest house is located approx 150 ft from the main house, across a large patio. It is quite private. There is a possibility that other guests may be staying in the main house.
