The generous outdoor deck/seating lets your guests spread out. Ample parking for four cars with the beach less than 5 min away.

This newly updated cottage is full of sunlight and beautiful views of the outdoors. Spend the day at the beach but return to your vacation home in privacy of your own oasis. New King Memory Foam Bed in the Main Bedroom, and New Full Bunk beds in the second bedroom with new memory foam mattresses. Just 5 minutes (1.5 miles) to 30A Dune Allen Beach Access. Grocery and restaurants one block away. Original oak floors and solid wood doors add to its historical charm. The open floor plan centers around a large island with seating for 6 with a large, stunning cypress top. The living area has 2 sets of french doors leading to an expansive deck. Entertaining is easy with the custom outdoor kitchen with Weber Propane Grill. Cooking is a joy in the kitchen that features stainless appliances, terrazzo countertops and a walk in pantry with loads of storage. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet with built-in shelves. The master bathroom has one-of-a-kind concrete sink, counter and flooring. Newly added second farmhouse bathroom with claw foot tub/shower.
