Float week rented by Westgate itself for at least $3,000. Close to main gate of DisneyWorld and minutes from Universal and SeaWorld. Amenities include 13 pools and hot tubs, newly built Water Park, game room, fitness center, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, shuffle board, horseshoes, fishing lake, marina and dock, paddle boats, large Jurassic Park miniature golf, movie theater, general store, and 4 restaurants.
All amenities including miniature golf and paddle boats are free, except for the Water Park. While its use is free to me as an owner, you as my guest would pay a $13 fee per person for admission (discounted from the usual $20 fee for non-owner guests, and very reasonable compared to what other Orlando Water Parks charge).
3 BR, 3 bath fully equipped Deluxe Villa of 1,811 Sq Ft sleeps 12 with a king bed, 3 double beds, and 2 queen sofa sleepers, an over-sized jetted tub in the master bedroom, washer/dryer, satellite television with premium channels and DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet access, and screened balcony.
