Summary: Great property love it. Stayed there several times. We were very unhappy with the fact that it was advertised as an ocean view. It was in building #4 and not an ocean view. We didn’t find this out until after we paid. To our agents credit he did offer to refund us. He also offered a $500 refund if we stayed. We opted to stay as the refund would’ve taken several days and we just needed the trip booked. However, we never received the $500 refund or at least I haven’t received confirmation that we received it. This was incredibly inconvenient, and we had many other actual ocean view options at the time, and would happily have booked one with an ocean view, even if we paid more. Kevin was very apologetic and super accommodating, and did everything he could in his power to get us upgraded. He even called the owner and called the hotel directly. It just didn’t happen. My only recommendation would be to make sure that you are delivering what is being advertised. Hats off to Kevin though he’s a really great guy and I’m certain that we will be booking again through him.
