In Trastevere, a few steps from the wonderful Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, comfortable apartment on the fourth floor of a building from the early 1900s.
It consists of a large living room, two small double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a small service bathroom with window, a kitchen, a work area with desk with computer and printer.
The apartment has been completely renovated and is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. It is also equipped with a smart TV.
In the apartment there are up to six beds: two double beds (160 x 200 cm), one of which can be divided into two single beds and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
We prefer to host stays of no more than seven days.
Guests wishing to stay for longer periods are invited to ask us for information and not to make immediate reservations. We cannot cancel reservations once made.
The renovation made the most of the space. The bedrooms open onto the living room. One has a large window and is closed by a sliding door, the other has two entrances, in the living room and in the corridor, closed with Venetian blinds. The wall between the two rooms is partially made of glass block, non-transparent, which can be darkened using curtains.
The apartment is therefore particularly suitable for a couple or for groups of family or friends for whom privacy is not of primary importance.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a combined oven, electric and microwave, and everything you need to prepare and eat breakfast and meals. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, not a dryer (to be used only for stays longer than three days) and an iron.
The apartment is equipped with a television with video, computer and unlimited FTTH wifi connection.
Heating and air conditioning or, alternatively, ceiling fans ensure a pleasant temperature in every season.
Trastevere is one of the oldest and most characteristic neighborhoods in Rome, it retains its popular roots and is one of the liveliest areas of the city, both day and night.
Throughout the neighborhood there are numerous clubs and cafes, restaurants and pizzerias among the best known and most popular in Rome.
Within walking distance there are trams and buses that will quickly take you to the heart of the city, to the metro stops and to all the railway stations of Rome, Termini, Tiburtina and Trastevere and from there to the airports.
Most of the main tourist and cultural attractions of Rome can also be reached with pleasant and simple walks.
