•⁠ If you travel by plane, the distance from the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the property is 40 to 50 minutes.
•⁠ If you travel by ferry, the distance from the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry is 35 to 45 min.
•⁠ The supermarket is on the way to the property, so we recommend a stop before heading to the house on you check in day 👌🏼
•⁠ As almost every location on the east side of the island, renting a car is a must to move around as there are no walking distance places.

You’ll have exclusive access to the Tree House Cabin and Ocean Casita. Enjoy direct ocean access just steps away! The ocean palapa, dock, pool and barbecue areas, are shared spaces with the owners.

•⁠ Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.
•⁠ Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.
•⁠ In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.
