Positive: The location was good. We liked that it was close to the central station and there were lots of things to do and see nearby. We also liked how easy it was to contact the host if we had any questions or concerns. They were very quick to respond!
Negative: The shower was very small and the door didn't line up correctly. When you closed it, there's a gap which leaves water to splash out while you're taking a shower.
Summary: Excellent customer service!
