For shared use: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Nov.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 200 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach "Cabedelo" 45 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km.
