Summary: No hot water while we were there - front desk agent stated that they were working on it. Surprised and sad they never got it fixed. No coffee cups anywhere in the morning for complementary coffee. No hair dryer in the room. The barebones concept and price were great until the expected basics were left lacking. Front desk couldn’t have been nicer at check in, props to them! Very clean hotel.
