If you're looking for a spot close to major Cleveland attractions in a quiet neighborhood for a big group of people, this is the one. Ideal for people who need to live close to East Cleveland due to fire/flood or for those who need to be minutes to Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals.
With over 2,000 sq ft of living space and large bedrooms, there's more than enough space to spread out.
The 4 bed, 2.5 bath house is located in the historic Forest Hills neighborhood of East Cleveland where John D. Rockefeller spent the majority of his summers. The Forest Hills Park and Playground is nearby. You can walk to Starbucks or take an Uber/Lyft to nearby restaurants and shopping (lots of international food nearby, including Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Indian). Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals are a 10 minute drive from the home. The house is in a quiet family area mostly made up of retirees and families. Tree lined streets and sidewalks make great for evening strolls around this charming neighborhood.
The house features a large living and dining room with hardwood floors. Smart TV with Roku hookup in living room.
There's a first floor office sunroom area with new carpet. Half bathroom on first floor too.
The kitchen comes with all major appliances and cookware and overlooks the backyard. Additional cookware available upon request! Take your meal or coffee on to the screened-in back porch.
4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the second floor. Tons of closet space in each room.
Washer and dryer located in basement. Two-car attached garage (great for the winter time!) and tons of driveway space. No extra fee for parking!
Pets are allowed. Please let me know the number of pets you will be taking with you FOR MY APPROVAL (cleaning fee subject to increase depending on number of pets).
Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $450 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file.
Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info.
