A beautiful modern home in a quiet area that is single level, easy access with two car spaces on the driveway.
You will fall in love with this comfortable, convenient coastal home that is ideal for two large families.
It has four separate relaxing entertainment areas with large slide doors and oversized windows with lots of natural light, high ceilings, and fans in each room.
The kitchen and three entertainment areas all flow well into each other and are open-plan with separate entertainment areas.

Kids and teenagers have their own space while parents do their thing. The kitchen area has an oversized long bench space for preparing meals and for sitting down and having a conversation while cooking.
The long family table has 8 seats near the kitchen and also space to relax outside with another 6-seat table and the long kitchen bench seats 4 high stools.
The hub of the house is found when you walk in the front door and see the beautiful pool and outdoor shower on the right-hand side which is connected next to the large outdoor entertainment area with a Weber barbecue.
The backyard is fenced safely all around the house and the pool fence has safety approval.
Every bedroom is double-sized with extra high ceilings with wider and higher doors and window frames, with natural light and high ceiling fans.
Quality brand new bed sheets pillow mattress protectors and Donas have been supplied. All beds have been cleaned by a Carpet cleaning company.
Master Bedroom:
The King Bed has a high-quality King Coil mattress, with a 2-entry walk-in wardrobe behind the bed wall. Four tall high windows and real plants surround the room, and a sliding door goes out to the pool.
The Large Ensuite bathroom has three separate sections, the middle section has two separate mirrors with two basins. On the left is the shower, and to the right is the toilet, high ceilings, and tall windows. From the bed, you can see the pool and the outdoor entertainment area. Feels relaxing to wake up to the water in the morning.
Bedroom Two:
The Queen Bed is high quality King Coil mattress with a wooden slatted frame. Blue-green theme colors and a built-in wardrobe. This room is on the south side and has a natural light streaming in with the afternoon sun coming in from the west, with an indoor and outdoor blind. The awning shade blind normally stays where it is as it is best set up for the house.
Bedroom Three:
The Queen Bed has a black base with a high-quality King Coil mattress. Built-in wardrobes. This room is on the south side and has lots of natural light big windows, and the same inside blind as bedroom two. Black and white theme colors.
Bedroom Four:
Double Bed with high-quality king-posture mattress. Built-in wardrobes. On the south side next to bedroom three. Lots of natural light with a blind that matches the other bedrooms. The theme is red and orange with shades of brown and has a black steel frame with a slatted wood base.
Bedroom Five:
Double bed that converts to lounge or sofa bed. Built-in wardrobes and lots of light, the blind is the same as other rooms. It's on the south side of the house behind the kitchen. The theme is white, orange, and beige with a motivating surfing picture that we love.
Three Bathrooms (including the Master bedroom has a description above)
Bathroom one:
Separate toilet with a door and the bathroom has a sliding door that is right next to the toilet.
In the bathroom, there is a deep bathtub that can fit a tall person. Medium-sized shower opposite the bathtub. In the middle of the room is the vanity area. Heat Light plus the standard lights and an internal fan connected to the ceiling to keep the air clear and circulating.
Bathroom Two:
Toilet and vanity room. These areas are separate with 2 doors, so two people can have their own privacy.

Neighborhood hood and local area to explore:
The house is situated between Kawana Lake and Patrolled Wurtulla Beach. Next to the Patrolled beach is Dog Off Lead Beach. Both are about 5-minute walk.
Beautiful lake walkways and bike paths (one lap around the lake will take about 20 mins) and even better are the long or short-distance rainforest walkways and bike paths beside the Beach with lots of parking available for the 2 min Drive to get there.
The Private and Public University hospital is a 2 min drive with a convenient dog park close by and shops and restaurants.
The Birtinya Shopping Centre has
Coles, Coles Liquor store, Aldi, Organic shop, and lots of Restaurants for lunch and dinner. Takeaway drive-throughs, Guzman Y Gomez, Oporto, and KFC.
Next to Birtinya Shopping Centre is the Birtinya Super Centre which has Bunnings, a pet shop, furniture shops, and a Vegan health food cafe and grocery shop. A little further up the Rd is the Sports Hub with gyms, a Pilates and Yoga studio, a Recovery room, steam rooms saunas hot and cold pools.
Wurtulla Shopping Centre 5 min Drive, Kawana shops 10 min Drive Mooloolabar Beach 15 mins North. Maroochydore Airport 20 mins.
Melany takes 20 minutes on a scenic tour drive and lots of small stop-off towns on the way, Glasshouse Mountain and the Steve Irwin Zoo at Beerwah is 20 min drive.
