Positive: The staff were friendly, when we arrived we were greeted by a staff who directed us to the lobby and assisted with our luggage The room was nice had a nice outdoor area which you could sit outside to admire the cherry blossom tree but a little small for 4 adults. We booked the room with meal plan ie dinner and breakfast included , it was nice and tasty The free internet was ok but had some issues later as the connection became spotty. Overall had a nice stat with my family
