Positive: Martine was very friendly, flexible and very easy to communicate with. The studio is perfectly located with an amazing view. Everything was really clean and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need, bathroom as well. There are touristic folders and maps. Of course TV and WiFi is there as well, there was even a bluetooth speaker. I stayed there with my mom, so we used both the bed and the extendable couch. It requires some shifting the furniture around to extend the couch but it is perfectly feasible. The studio is on the 3rd floor, the lift can be quite sluggish, and the staircase is quite steep and very narrow, something to keep in mind. It is really great that there is a parking spot in the underground garage available, but it will be difficult to fit a bigger car there, if you drive a SUV almost impossible.
Negative: My only remark is that the bathroom is very dark
