District 6 is located half way between Zurich Airport and the Old Town. Staying here will give you ease of access to all parts of the city, making it highly convenient.
Everything is safe, secure, fun and very well connected.
Stores: Oerlikon features a range of shops and boutiques catering to various interests and needs. From fashion boutiques and specialty stores to grocery markets and convenience stores, residents and visitors can find everything they require within a short distance.
Bars and restaurants: from cozy cafes serving Swiss delicacies to international cuisine restaurants, there is something to satisfy every palate.
Outdoor activities: if you are nature lover, you can easily reach Kaeferberg, a lovely mountain peak on the west side of District 6. Getting Around:
The property is located half way between Zurich Airport and the Old Town. Staying here will give you ease of access to all parts of the city, making it highly convenient.
From the airport you can easily reach the house in just 20 minutes via tram.
If you wish to reach Zurich old town, you can have just a short walk to the Station "Bucheggplatz". Here you will find buses and trams that in approximately 15 minutes will take you to Zurich the Main Train station or any other place you'd like to visit in Zurich.
Since Zurich hast one of the best public transportation infrastructure in the world, we highly recommend going around by Bus, Tram or Train.
If you wish to skip public transportation, taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are also available in Zurich, providing an additional mode of transportation for getting around the city. You can easily hail a taxi or book a ride through mobile apps.
Walking and Biking: the area and its surrounding neighborhood are pedestrian-friendly, making walking a convenient option for short distances.
