With some of Marbella's best shops and amenities at just a few minutes and Puerto Banus at a 10 min walk, this is one of the few unique places in Marbella where a car is not necessary.
The apartment has been elegantly refurbished, is beautifully styled in a contemporary Boho-chic style with top-notch furnishings and fixtures, and offers a bright and fresh feel.
Entering on ground level, you find the open-plan modern kitchen. This is fully equipped (including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc) and has a separate laundry area with the washing machine. There is a lounge area with sofas, a Smart TV, and a dining table for 4. This leads to the main terrace with amazing views of the La Concha Mountain down to the Mediterranean Sea.
