The well-equipped for 4 people House Lote 27 is above the cozy village square in the middle of the old village of Ferragudo. The house is registered as an official holiday home (owner license: 203/2015).
The house has an open kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a large living room. In addition, a large and a small bathroom are at guests' disposal. Behind the house invites a small garden with a terrace to relax and sunbathe one. For the car are in the immediate vicinity of the house sufficient parking spaces available.

Summary: Property was nice with good rooms and private patio. Only drawback was that it was cold and the portable heaters were insufficient to provide a temperature reaching 18 degrees C. They also added electricity cost of about 40 Euros per week. We booked for March which this year was too early.
