Immerse yourself in a warm and friendly atmosphere this winter by organizing your stay or business seminar in our large gîte located in Chemiré le Gaudin, on the banks of the Sarthe. Just 15 minutes from Le Mans, 30 minutes from Sablé sur Sarthe, our haven of peace welcomes you in a preserved natural setting, ideal for moments of relaxation, reflection, and many activities.
On cool days, enjoy walks along the river or forest, then find yourself by the fire to enjoy a hot chocolate and admire the view of the Sarthe. Our adorable animals, such as donkeys, sheep and goats, will add a touch of sweetness to your winter stay.
You can also relax by playing pétanque or fishing in the pond or the Sarthe (fishing license required), in a warm and exotic atmosphere.
For lovers of relaxation, our swimming pool (5X10) heated by the dome and open from May to September.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with authentic charm with exposed stones and beams.
