Three bedroom annex attached to the main house with a separate entrance, is situated on a rural countryside on the borders of Orgnac - Sur- Vezere (3 minutes drive) set in a peaceful location with just one neighbour and is truly one of the most tranquil and relaxing places to be. This country retreat comprises of one floor, sleeping between three to nine adults ( with an additional cot). The property also comprises of an extensive garden (1 Acres) which can be used
for barbecues, table tennis and badminton. All towels and linens included, one bathroom with shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with lounge area combined. This area comprises of a wood burning stove, television (free Sat), and various games such as board games, This country annex has parquet flooring in all of the bedrooms and corridor area, the windows overlook the surrounding countryside, The property is full of character and has everything you need for perfect relaxing holiday with family and friends. This character annex has access to a private woodland / 24 hour fishing lake. There are also additional lovely woodland walks and wonderfully located for exploring areas such as Chateaus and there is a horse riding centre at Pompadour, 5 Kilometre away. However, if you crave more activities then, the countryside allows the hills and valleys of the surrounding area to be exployed on foot and offers the keen walker or cyclist a fantastically rich and varied terrain with something interesting to see around every corner. Bicycles and child bicycles are also available on request on the premises, fishing is available on your owned private four acres woodland, if you are interested in bird watching, the surrounding woodland inhabits an extensive range of birds, such as buzzards and kites. Also, there are other animals such as deer, and red squirrel. There are bars and bistros in the surrounding area with a well priced menu. The Wednesday and Saturday market at Pompadour and objat is not to be missed with large variety of fresh food, vegetables, flowers, clothes, wine, cheese and fish.
