Villa Fantasy is located inside a complex with direct access to the sea.
The villa is divided on two floors, it is spacious and equipped with all amenities and the beach is just 100 meters away!
The villa has an outdoor area with sun loungers, barbecue, a small garden and a private parking space in front of the villa. Children can play safely in the garden or around the villa.
The complex offers many services during the mid and high season such as access to the swimming pool, animation for children and adults, football field, tennis, ... (you can purchase passes on the spot (see notes)).
Inside the complex there are also a bar and a restaurant.
The villa consists of 2 apartment which can be totally independent but are connected from inside. It is ideal if you are 2 families wishing to spend your holiday together while keeping your privacy. One apartment is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor.
Each apartment has a living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, cutlery, ...) and a full bathroom.
There are 1 triple bedroom plus 2 double bedrooms in total, one duble bedroom in the ground floor and the other two bedrooms in the first floor, plus an area in the ground floor's living room with separation panels and 2 sofa-beds (sleeps 3) which can become a fourth bedroom as it will assure a minimum of privacy thanks to the separation panles.
The ground floor terrace offers also an outside kitchen anbd it is equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast al fresco or relax in the afternoon. There is also a barbecue and Free Wi-Fi.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 adults plus a baby (a cot is available on request).
The location is an ideal base for exploring Sicily or simply relaxing, especially in the low-mid season, when most of the neighboring houses are empty and you will only hear the sound of the waves! In high season the villa provides a long exposure to the sun and the chance to reach the beach on foot and in a few seconds!
The beach in front of the residence is mainly pebbly and there is also a part of beach accessible with the passes services.
The main beach of Campofelice and all other bars, pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are less than a 5-minute drive from the villa. There are also other restaurants and bars nearby, reachable on foot.
The motorway is a few minutes drive. From there you can take all directions and easily make day trips to any part of Sicily.

We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival

You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
