Positive: The property had plenty of room but still had a very cozy feeling. The rooms were big with plenty of closet space and each had their own bathrooms. It was very clean and had everything you would need. I would highly recommend if you are needing a place to stay while in the area. We had a concert at Red Rocks and it was the perfect location. Old Town Arvada was close and had the best vibe. The owners quickly responded when we messaged them.
Summary: Our stay was excellent.
