Positive: Cleanliness Cozy place Location - quiet area and close to the attraction area. Loved that we did not have to drive and can just walk to the attractions - the strip, and Snow King Mountain 3 bathrooms - plenty of bathroom for our group of 10.

Negative: The queen size beds were uncomfortable. (The twin size bed were much more comfortable). Living space and kitchen were small and tight. Vacasa kept sending me the wrong agreement forms to sign. I had initially signed the WY one back in July. They sent a North Carolina one for me to sign. I questioned it. One staff told me it has not been signed. I went into my Vacasa app and the form clearly states that it has been sign on July 19, 2025. Another staff told me my reservation has been finalized and I don't have to do anything else. The next day, they sent another North Carolina agreement form for me to sign. Over the next few days, they continue to send me the North Carolina agreement forms to sign. Each time, I repeat my question and get different kinds of answers. Eventually, one staff finally said, it was a different agreement form that the one I had signed back in July. This one will finalized my reservation. Other than that stupid form they keep sending in error, our stay was enjoyable in their little cozy home.
