Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tranquil Luxury in the Heart of the Yorkshire Wolds We’ve just returned from an unforgettable weekend at The Blacksmith’s Shop – peaceful, cosy, and surrounded by the most stunning views. Located in Huggate, the highest point of the Yorkshire Wolds, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking, especially from the hot tub – a highlight of the stay! The cottage itself was beautifully finished and had everything we needed. We pre-ordered the stone-baked sourdough pizzas, which were delicious, and were welcomed with prosecco, homemade carrot cake, snacks, and essentials like milk, tea, and coffee – such thoughtful, personal touches. Anna was incredibly helpful and responsive during the booking process, and we really appreciated the family-oriented feel of the site. That said, we were also left entirely to our own devices, which gave us the perfect balance of warmth and privacy. We also had a lovely meal at the village pub, just a short stroll away, about 1 mile – a great bonus to an already perfect weekend. Can’t wait to return!
