The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, cooking range, pots and pans, and utensils. The living room has a large 4K Smart television equipped with WIFI, TV cable, Youtube and Netflix. The condo has air conditioning unit in both rooms, electric iron and the bathroom is equipped with water heater, and hair dryer. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed and bedroom 2 has double size bed. Use of pool is 80 pesos per guest per day. Guests will use back entrance of the condo as only the owners are allowed to use the front gate.

Summary: The apartment was relatively nice. Some very nice aspects and some minor things that could be improved. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Good things were nice updated refrigerator. Nice table and chairs. Good internet service. Nice kitchen and outdoor gas burner. Roomy enough for relaxation. It would have been nice to have air con on the main level. The curtains in the rooms with the air con don’t fit the window and hang down blocking the air con. Simple fix but inconvenient. Need to take the table out of the kitchen area because it’s just in the way. It isn’t usable. And maybe a couple of light weight blankets for the beds. I don’t travel with blankets in my suitcase. Didn’t get to use the pool because of water shortage and Holy Week. Bad timing I guess. Not really located near the places I wanted to go but that was my fault. Had coffee shops near by and grocery store just a short walk away. The guards were friendly and helpful. Laundry nearby also. The regular tv worked the first day or two then didn’t work until the last day of our stay. We did watch some movies on Netflix and U Tube. So that was good. Overall I would rate this property a 4. Not perfect but very good overall. Thanks Oscar!
