2 rooms very luminous and air-conditioned of 42 m2 about opening on immense terrace of 70 m2 in villa with garden and swimming pool.
The accommodation is completely renovated with materials and high-end furniture (Home Store kitchen, stone floor, Italian doors, etc.)
Living room opening onto terrace (large bay window) with large TV on the wall, freebox, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen fully equipped (induction hob 2 burners, hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) , island dining table with 4 very comfortable chairs.
Bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and hanging toilet.
Bedroom with bed 150 cm and storage.
Washing machine in cupboard, drying rack, ironing equipment at disposal.
Terrace with table and 8 chairs, offset sunshade, outdoor sofa, coffee table and armchairs.
Outdoor toys.
Private 4 X 8 Pool
The accommodation is adjacent to our house (located below and accessible by an outside staircase).
Towels and sheets are provided (included in the cleaning fee)
